Kamini Chocolate is made from Ghana's premium cocoa beans. Kamini (pronounced as Ka-mii-ni) chocolates are handmade artisanal chocolates which utilize tested processes to bring out the best chocolates to satisfy our valued customers. Our products are certified by the FDA of Ghana. We source our beans from certified cocoa buying companies who ensure the right processing of the beans to provide quality chocolates which retains the nutrients, taste and flavour of Ghana's premium cocoa. Our cocoa liquor is also sourced from certified cocoa processing companies in Ghana.
Flexy Foods has participated in key international exhibitions including the Wines of South Africa in Accra & Lagos, the 2023 Salon Du Chocolat in Paris and Market Expedition to Kenya in 2023 which proved to be successful in bringing our unique products to the international market.
Our chocolates come in varieties of Dark chocolate which has a minimum of 70% cocoa content. Milk chocolates have a minimum of 43% cocoa and White chocolates have minimum 20% cocoa buter. We also package 100% raw cocoa powder.
